The staff was welcoming and helpful. Room service went above and beyond my expectations. The breakfast spread was excellent and offered good value for money. The location was convenient for attending a conference in Lucknow.

We stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city during our Xmas vacations. the staff was amazingly helpful, accommodating our requests with a smile. the location was brilliant, right in the middle of everything, with easy access to restaurants and markets. the rooms were spacious, luxurious and clean, with excellent amenities that added to our comfort.

The hotel felt rather old and in dire need of renovation. the elevators were too slow, and the lobby was crowded.

The hotel provided a wonderful Christmas experience. The Christmas decorations were incredible and the staff was very helpful. Plus, the location was perfect, close to many shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of options to choose from.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. The first room we were assigned to had a strange smell, so we had to switch to another room.

The hotel had a great location near the train station, making it easy to travel to nearby markets. the rooms were reasonable with clean bedding and a clean bathroom. the housekeeping was prompt, and the staff was helpful. Breakfast was a good spread with decent options.

The restaurant service could be slow at times.
